Private Rooms for Rent in Las Vegas Area Homes

We offer private rooms for rent with a private bathroom or a shared bathroom inside a beautiful home. Kick back in the beautifully furnished living room or prepare your favorite meal in the spacious kitchen. Our newer homes are nestled in quiet neighborhoods with landscaped yards, ample storage and parking, and a patio for cookouts and relaxing. There may even be a pool or jacuzzi. 

Our rooms for rent are part of a Community-Living (also called Co-Living) Home, which are high-demand and high-quality rent-by-the-room living arrangements. All our homes have the following vision, perks, and fees:

To be a home for all people, which cultivates a household of peace, privacy, security, community, individuality, quality, and sustainability. Providing a standard and spaciousness of living at significantly lower costs to residents and the environment. A place to call home for months and years!

Rent: **$700 - $1500** (depending on the room size and home location).

Utilities and High-Speed Internet: $75 -100                                                                          

Garage and RV parking are available in some homes for an additional fee. 

Security Deposit: Equal to the monthly rent - No income or credit requirements.

Pet Policy: In most homes animals are welcome. One time pet fee - $250. Pets stay in their owner’s room or are accompanied in the yard. Animals may not be in indoor common areas or left outdoors.

Single adults only. 1 person per room. The only exception is if it's a large master bedroom with a private bathroom, which will be listed as a 1 or 2-person room and available for couples.

When you schedule a tour, someone living there will give you the tour and answer any of these questions. I can share that the house members spend 20-60 minutes each week cleaning the house and love the vision statement above. Most house members love living in our homes and stay for extended periods of time.

Month-to-Month is most typical (with a 3 month minimum), but longer leases are available.

Our homes are located all over the Las Vegas Nevada, Henderson and the Clark County metro areas. We have limited availability, so contact us today to see if we have any openings or to get on our waiting list.
